What is scrubbing brush ?
A scrubbing brush is a brush where the actual brush is parallel to the ground. These brushes are generally mounted on a stick for easier handling. The scrubbing brush can be used with a wet rag to scrub the floor. In this case you wind the rag around the bush head. This is a old fashion way of scrubbing floors, nowadays it is more common to use a mop. The brush in it self can of course be used for brushing the normal way without the rag.
