Only floors?
Focus in all vacuum cleaning are the floor areas as well as carpeted areas. But the truth is that much of the floor area is covered by furnitures and other objects and they collect a lot of dust. You can vacuum clean most furnitures but I recommend to use a cloth to avoid scratches. On furnitures with fabric it is actually better to use a vacuum cleaner since it really cleanses out dust from the material. The floor is also the area in minority in a room, big areas consists of walls and roof. Surprisingly not all dust fall to the ground. A lot of dust gets stuck to the wall and roof so every once in a while I recommend to go through these areas as well.
